Family Day in Uxbridge.
Uxbridge has several FREE activiteis for you to participate in on family day this year.
February 15th, 2010
- Goodwood Community Centre skating and snowman contest (judged at 4pm)
- Uxbridge Arena Free Skating 12pm to 2 pm
- Uxbridge Kinsmenn Club - Elgin Pond Family Skate Day 12pm to 5 pm - free hot dogs drinks and music (donations accepted to go to the Uxbridge Youth Centre)
- Uxbridge Legion Snow Sculpture Contest (rear parking lot) 10am
- Uxbridge Legion 12pm to 1:30pm FREE BEEF BBQ
- Uxbridge Pool Free Swimming 10am to 12pm
- Uxbridge Youth Centre Pizza and and an Xbox tournament 12am to 8pm
Of course some of these will depend on the weather but check them all out for an inexpensive fun filled family day right here in Uxbridge.

Carole - our snow might not be good enough for building snowmen right now.
Jo - Indeed it should ... there is something for just about everyone going on on Monday
Kathy - If Uxbridge needs some snow for the snow sculpture contest, perhaps they can get a few truckloads shipped in from the northeast USA since there is a lot down there from the big storms in the past week.
